The City of Alameda's Housing and Human Services team wants you to know that the 2026 Point-In-Time Count (PIT) is scheduled for January 22, from 5-11 am, and community partners are welcome to join this effort. The PIT Count takes place across the County to estimate how many people are experiencing homelessness in each city. Data from the PIT helps each city secure the vital funding needed to provide housing and services.
